Week of Workouts {May 31 - June 6}

After my workout-filled weekend, I spent the week without a lot of energy. It may have been the weather. It was pretty hot most days this week. That tends to suck my energy until I get used to the summer heat.

But I still managed to get in three toning workouts, a yoga workout and my usual cardio.

I set my alarm every day this week to get up early and go running before it got hot outside. Every single day I hit snooze and didn't get up until I had to get ready for work. I'm going to keep trying! I'm determined to start a morning workout routine!

How do you motivate yourself to get up early?

Saturday, May 31 - Power Yoga class

Sunday, June 1High Intensity Bleacher Workout + 45 min. bike ride

Monday, June 2 - rest day

Tuesday, June 3 - Taught 5:30 a.m. cycling class + Bikini Body Routine + taught 5:30 p.m. deep water class

Wednesday, June 4 - 3 mile run + total body toning workout

Thursday, June 5 - Taught deep water aerobics in the evening

Friday, June 6 - rest day (Unless you count cleaning, organizing and packing as exercise. I'm leaning toward yes)
