What I'm taking to Georgia

What does one pack for an 11 day trip to the south in the middle of summer?

That's a good question. I was a bit overwhelmed about packing for this trip because so much will be happening - 2 days of travel, 2 days in Savannah for FitBloggin, 1 day of hiking, 4 low key days in Atlanta and 2 days of wedding celebration. I need everything from dirty hiking clothes to a bridesmaid dress!

I'll spare you all the details of my suitcase, but I thought I would share a few things that will help me out during this adventure.

iPad Air - I'll be blogging while I'm away! Yep, you can read all about this crazy adventure right here on Sweet Success. I'll let you know how FitBloggin goes, how my travel workouts go and how hot it is in the south!

Books/Magazines - I have to have reading material when I travel. I'll have plenty of time to read during flights, layovers and at night before bed. I downloaded "The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green and "Add more Ing to Your Life: A Hip Guide to Happiness" by Gabrielle Bernstein to the Kindle app on my iPad. I also have the newest edition of Shape Magazine on the iPad.

Brooks Ravenna Running Shoes - I plan to get in a few runs during this trip. It's the best way to explore a city! By the time I get to Atlanta, it will be in the low 90's with over 60% humidity. That's going to feel pretty warm, so I'll try to get out in the mornings to run.

Fabletics outfit - I've received two outfits from Fabletics and I LOVE both of them. Fabletics is an athletic clothing company created by Kate Hudson. Each month, you receive "My Looks" or outfit suggestions based on what you say you like in a survey when you first sign up. You can choose to buy an outfit (all are $50-$70 for 2-3 pieces) or you can skip the month and not buy anything. The clothing is high quality, very fashionable and super comfy. I'll be taking the Trois on my trip. The tank is amazing because it can be worn in yoga or with shorts or jeans. I'm taking a yoga class and a barre class during this trip, so this outfit will be perfect for both!

My new business cards! - I'll be meeting so many people at FitBloggin, so I decided to make some business cards! I can't wait to get to know other bloggers and learn more about this crazy world. Have I told you that I don't know what I'm doing most of the time?

Yes to Cucumbers Facial Towelettes and Living Proof Smoothing and Frizz Fighting Travel Kit - Have I mentioned that there's a possibility of heat and humidity in Georgia? I've been wanting to use Living Proof products for awhile and I thought this would be a good time to try their anti- frizz products. I'll also use the towelettes after walking around doing touristy stuff.

What do you pack when you visit the south?
