Week of Workouts {July 19-25}

I admit, this week's workouts are kinda lame. I only worked out one time outside of the fitness classes that I taught!

However, I did feel pretty sore the days after I taught Piloxing. I'm still trying to get into a routine at my new house with the BF, while unpacking, while taking my online classes, while teaching five classes a week, etc.

I did increase my steps a couple of days this week though! I hit 15,000 on Tuesday!! (I'll share more on that later).

My goals for next week are to do yoga and get one or two more strength workouts in (I get some strength building with Piloxing).

Here are my workouts for the past week...


Saturday, July 19 - 15 mile bike ride (I can't believe I was wearing long sleeves a week ago! It's now 100 degrees!!!)

Sunday, July 20 - off

Monday, July 21 - Taught Piloxing

Tuesday, July 22 - Taught cycling at 5:30 a.m. and deep water aerobics at 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, July 23 - Taught Piloxing

Thursday, July 24 - Taught deep water aerobics

Friday, July 25 - off
