Week of Workouts {Sept. 6-12}

I had a great week of workouts this week! 

I switched things up a bit. I went to the gym and did the stair climber. That thing is no joke! I was ready to get off the thing after 10 minutes, but I pushed myself to keep going until I hit 20 minutes. I was dripping in sweat!

I also tried out a new fitness studio - K-Town Shakedown. I took a yoga class there, but they also offer Zumba, cycling, toning and other classes. 

Remember last week, when I said I was bummed because my Piloxing class through Park and Rec got cancelled, but I believed it happened for a reason. Well, Elaine, the owner of K-Town Shakedown asked if I would like to teach Piloxing classes there! I'm going to teach a preview class Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 5:30 p.m., and then I'll be on the regular October schedule. I'm super excited about this opportunity! And the fitness studio is donation based to make fitness accessible to anyone. I love that concept. Fitness classes are how I got into shape, and I want everyone to have the opportunity to take fitness classes and be fit and feel fabulous!

So trying out a new fitness studio turned into a job opportunity!

Saturday, Sept. 6 - 3.1 mile run

Monday, Sept. 8 - 20 min. stair climber + SarahFit 10-min. Arm RoutineBikini Abs

Tuesday, Sept. 9 - taught 5:30 am cycling class + Sunkissed Abs + taught 5:30 pm deep water aerobics

Wednesday, Sept. 10 - Yoga class at K-Town Shakedown

Thursday, Sept. 11 - taught 5:30 pm deep water aerobics + At Home End of Summer HIIT Workout

Friday, Sept. 12 - rest day
