Week of Workouts {Sept. 13-19}

I had grand plans this week to add more strength training into my workout routine, but it didn't happen. I even made a workout schedule this week!

But I had a pretty crazy busy week. Last weekend, I was in Lincoln with my famI taught Piloxing for the first time at a new fitness studio, I hosted a girls night dinner party (which I'll write about soon!), I was in Lincoln for a whole day for work and the BF and I finally had our housewarming party!

So I actually feel good about my workouts since the week was a bit hectic. My true fail though, is that I didn't take a single workout selfie this week!

Saturday, Sept. 13Power Yoga DVD

Sunday, Sept. 14 - rest

Monday, Sept. 15 - 3 mile run

Tuesday, Sept. 16 - taught a morning cycling class + Bikini Yoga + taught evening deep water aerobics class

Wednesday, Sept. 17 - taught Piloxing at K-Town Shakedown
