Week of Workouts {Sept. 27 - Oct. 3}

I admit, my workouts this week were mostly classes I taught. I did, however, get in a fabulous hike and a good run.

I've been slacking on getting in additional strength workouts - something I need to do. But I was feeling a bit sluggish this week, which made doing workouts in addition to my classes a struggle. Luckily, I get good workouts teaching my classes!

Next week, I'm teaching seven classes! I'll start teaching two Piloxing classes a week at K-Town Shakedown, and I'll be teaching two core classes at the University of Nebraska at Kearney Wellness Center

I'm also doing the Lorna Jane Burpee Challenge, which began Oct. 1. 

Saturday, Sept. 27 - Taught Chizzel, a toning + cardio interval class, and a core class at the Good Sam Fitness/Wellness Center

Sunday, Sept. 28 - 3 mile hike

Monday, Sept. 29 - rest

Tuesday, Sept. 30 - Taught morning cycling and evening deep water aerobics at Good Sam

Wednesday, Oct. 1 - Taught Piloxing at K-Town Shakedown

Thursday, Oct. 2 - Taught deep water aerobics at Good Sam

Friday, Oct. 3 - 2.5 mile run
