Week of Workouts {Oct. 18-24}

I'm sad to say that my workouts from the past week are a bit boring - ALL of my workouts were classes that I taught. 

Right now, I'm teaching 5-6 classes a week. I won't be teaching those noon core strength classes at the university anymore. They cancelled all the noon classes because of low attendance. I'm not too disappointed. Teaching seven classes a week was a bit too much. 

As I've mentioned before, I do get a decent workout in all of the classes that I teach. But I do need to start incorporating more of my own workouts into my routine. I haven't been doing enough toning/strength training (as usual) and I would like to be running more. My November goals include doing my own workouts! 

Here are my workouts from the last week...

Saturday, Oct. 18 - short hike in the Arizona dessert

Sunday, Oct. 19 - rest day (traveling home from Arizona)

Monday, Oct. 20 - taught Piloxing

Tuesday, Oct. 21 - taught a.m. cycling and p.m. deep water aerobics

Wednesday, Oct. 22 - taught Piloxing (Look how hard everyone is working! I love the energy in my Piloxing classes!)

Thursday, Oct. 23 - taught deep water aerobics

Friday, Oct. 24 - rest day
