Week of Workouts {Dec. 6-12}

I was coming off of a week of headaches last weekend, so my Week of Workouts was a bit lame. 

This week, I felt back on track. I taught lots of classes and I also got in a couple of runs! One of my Decemeber goals is to run twice a week. It's been hard to fit in with all of the classes I'm teaching, but I'm fitting in short runs!

Also, one of my December goals is to do yoga every day. I didn't get yoga sessions in every day, but on the days I did yoga my sessions were short (10 min.) practices on my own without a video. My goal next week, is to get in longer yoga sessions every day! 

Saturday, Dec. 6 - taught Chizzel, a toning/cardio fusion class, Core and More and a water jogging class

Sunday, Dec. 7 - 3 mile run

Monday, Dec. 8 - taught Piloxing at K-Town Shakedown

Tuesday, Dec. 9 - taught cycling and deep water aerobics

Wednesday, Dec. 10 - taught Piloxing (another sweaty class that steamed up the mirrors!)

Thursday, Dec. 11 - taught deep water aerobics

Friday, Dec. 12 - 2.5 mile run
