Week of Workouts {Dec. 20-26}

I hope you had a lovely holiday spent with people you love. My Christmas was wonderful. I spent time with my family, the BF and his family.

(I've been in a bit of a sugar coma from all the Christmas cookies I've been eating the past few days. I'm definitely ready to get back to my usual routine.)

In the meantime, here's a recap of my workouts from the past week. I was sore for about four days after doing 108 sun salutations to celebrate the Winter Solstice. My triceps and hamstrings were insanely sore! So I stuck to teaching my regular classes.

I started teaching a new class on Friday! I'll be teaching a HIIT Boot Camp at KTown Shakedown. I'm so thrilled about this class because high intensity interval training is such a great way to burn lots of calories, build cardiovascular endurance and build muscle.

Tuesday, Dec. 23 - taught cycling


Wednesday, Dec. 24 - taught 5:45 a.m. Piloxing

Thursday, Dec. 25 - rest day


Friday, Dec. 26 - taught 5:45 a.m. HIIT Boot Camp
