It's Health Coach Week!

As I've mentioned a few times, I'm starting a new career as a health coach! I'm studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I'm now officially working with clients to help them create their healhiest and happiest lives!

I'm so excited about this new journey and, since it's Health Coach Week, I wanted to share more about health coaching.

I decided to become a health coach because I want to help people reach their goals. I struggled with my weight throughout most of my childhood and my 20's.

When I started running and taking fitness classes regularly about seven years ago, I also began to make small changes to my diet. It was a slow process, took tons of research and learning and lots of trial and error, but I finally found a balanced and healthy way of eating that allowed me to lose weight and keeps me energized.

I was so amazed by how much better I felt after changing my lifestyle that I wanted to share everything I learned. That's why I started blogging on Sweet Success! While I love sharing healthy tips, recipes and workouts here on the blog, I really wanted to have a one-on-one impact.

I discovered the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and knew it was the perfect way to be able to help people directly. I'll finish my classes this year and I'm able to take clients now!

I spent years trying to find a healthy balance in my life, but I'll be able to support clients in making step-by-step, easily integrated food and lifestyle choices with a 6-month program. It's exactly what I needed when I was trying to get healthy!

Right now, I'm offering free initual consultations, which will give you the opportunity to talk about your life and your goals and find out what it feels like to have some support in reaching your goals.

If you're interested in a free initial consultation, you can email me at sarasweetsuccess@gmail.com.
