#BringingYogaBack Challenge

As you know, I've been participating in the #TakeTheLeap 30 Days of Yoga Challenge with SweatPink and praNa (see all my yoga photos on Instagram!)

If you join the #TakeTheLeap Challenge, you can win $500 worth of prAna gear.

This challenge has been so good for me because I wasn't making time for yoga with all the fitness classes I was teaching. But yoga is my favorite way to stretch, strengthen my muscles, get centered, relax and take care of myself. It has felt great to get back to a regular yoga practice.

Well, prAna is upping the ante and launched the #BringingYogaBack Challenge!

Their 12-Day Yoga Instagram challenge runs from Feb. 9-20 and can be incorporated into your #taketheleap challenge! You could win $1,000 worth of prAna gear for you and a friend!

This is not about competition — you will not be docked points for not having the perfect downward dog. It's about inspiring you, your friends, and your family to hit the mat more often and share your progress with the larger Insta family.

All ability levels are welcome, so don't feel any pressure to replicate a pose exactly... just do your best and always listen to your body.

To enter:

1) Follow @prAna on Instagram

2) Post a pic of yourself doing the pose of the day - you don't have to post every day to enter

3) Use #bringingyogaback #taketheleap and tag both @prAna and @fitapproach

4) Get your friends & family in on the fun
