Happy Monday! How was your weekend?

Did you see my post about the #BringingYogaBack 12-Day Yoga Challenge? It starts today, and you could win $1,000 in prAna gear! Get on it!

My weekend was laid back, relaxing and not super productive. I had a list of to-do's, but only crossed a few things off my list. I'm totally OK with it because I got to spend time with the BF and my fam. Spending time with people I love is so much better than being productive.

Friday, Feb. 6 -

Friday wasn't the greatest day, so after work I poured a glass of wine and rolled out my yoga mat.

The BF made slow cooker turkey chili for dinner. It was delicious! I topped mine with a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt and some saltine crackers.

Saturday, Feb. 7 -

I woke up ready to make a delicious breakfast. I whipped together a frittata with mushrooms, kale, onion, turkey bacon and parmigiano reggiano. It was delicious.

Then I headed to power yoga class at my gym (Good Sam Fitness Center). It was a great class full of hip openers, which I really needed.

After yoga, I took my car to my parent's house so my dad could change the lightbulb in my headlight. He ended up washing and waxing my car! So nice of him!

I had lunch with my mom and my niece, Brynn, at Panera. I had the new Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Cage-Free Egg and the B-Green Power Smoothie. Both were delicious!

The three of us spent the afternoon shopping. Brynn needed some new clothes. My mom generously bought me a pair of flannel pajamas that I have been eyeing since Christmas at Target. They were finally on clearance! I couldn't find the same PJ's on the Target website, but I found some similar pajama sets that I linked to at the bottom of this post. Hello, pajamas with champagne are perfect!!

She also bought me this "Good Vibes Make Great Karma" Tank from Old Navy. Perfect for yoga! And also perfect for my weekend wardrobe = Zella Live in Leggings + Chuck Taylors.

That night, the BF and I had a pizza, beer and movie night. Perfection! We watched Get On Up, picked up pizza from Flippin Sweet and enjoyed Zip Line Oatmeal Porters and Paulaner Oktoberfests.

Sunday, Feb. 8 -

Breakfast was Ezekiel toast topped with avocado, runny eggs, parmigiano reggiano and turkey bacon. I love weekend breakfasts!

I had a health coaching session mid morning, then worked on some blogging and Institute for Integrative Nutrition classes.

Lunch was leftover pizza. Mmmmmm.

Brynn came over in the afternoon. She helped me with some meal prep. (I'll share my grocery haul and weekly meal plan later this week.) We put a whole chicken in the crockpot for a few recipes this week, made Super Seed Chocolate Protein Bites and made chocolate chia pudding (recipe later this week!).

Then we did yoga. I love doing yoga with Brynn. It's so silly and fun.

The BF went out to play disc golf, so I spent some time blogging and watching some of my shows on Hulu.

We had dinner at my parent's house. We had my mom's famous beige meal - roasted turkey, homemade noodles, Mexican stuffing, mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli (for a little green).

Their house was all decked out for Valentine's Day. We made a Valentine gingerbread house after dinner, Brynn had her City of Love-themed Valentine's Day box ready to go for school and a giant balloon was keeping things festive in the living room.

The BF and I ended the night by watching Rudderless, which was sooooo good!

It was a great weekend!
