100 Days Until Summer!

There are exactly 100 days until summer!!

You're probably thinking that I'm getting ahead of myself. There are just seven days until spring. While I fully intend to enjoy every bit of spring, I'm keeping summer on my mind.

Why?

I've spent way too many summers feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious. I've spent too many summers wearing jeans (yes, jeans in 100 degrees), skipping out on fun summer events, going to the pool and dreading the walk from my chair to the water and more.

Each year, as summer got closer and closer I would think about doing something to make myself feel better about my body, but I never did.


It's only been in the last few years that I've felt happy with my body. Happy enough to swim, wear shorts (!!!), go on adventures and have fun. I never want to go back to how I felt in my past summers!

This summer, I want to feel confident, strong and carefree! I'd like to lose a few vanity pounds and tone up a bit before I put on a swimsuit and spend my days in shorts.


I don't want to spend time or energy worrying about my thighs when that time and energy could be spent going on bike rides, floating in the pool, going hiking and more!


I want you to start thinking about how you want to feel this summer. Confident? Energetic? Fit? Strong? Sexy? Free?
