Week of Workouts {March 14-20}

Happy Spring!

I'm beyond thrilled that spring is finally here. I love the beginning of a new season, especially spring. Spring, to me, is all about renewal. It's a good time to think about your goals and dreams, and recommit to your plan of action.

In addition to renewing my energy to work toward my goals, I also like to give myself a little renewal. Toward the end of winter, there were days that I wore black top to bottom. It's time to brighten things up! I'm excited to get out my spring and summer clothes, get a bright pedicure and change up my makeup. I'm ready to get out of this winter rut!


Last night after work, I totally wanted to come home put on my comfy clothes and lounge on the couch. But at the last minute, the BF and I decided to go out. As soon as I put on my purple maxi dress, put my hair up and refreshed my makeup, I felt so much better! A good start to getting out of my winter funk.

How do you change things up when spring arrives?

I'm sharing my workouts again this week! I didn't get in as many half-marathon training runs this week. I had a headache for most of the week, and took it easy. Luckily, my weekend run is just a 5K this week.


Saturday, March 14 - taught water jogging class + 8 mile run


Sunday, March 15 - hike (active recovery)

Monday, March 16 - Rachel Brathen yoga video + taught Piloxing


Tuesday, March 17 - taught cycling + 3 mile run + taught deep water aerobics

Wednesday, March 18 - BodyPump + taught Piloxing

Thursday, March 19 - rest

Friday, March 20 - BodyPump
