Week of Workouts [March 21-27}

This week was a bit rough!

My half-marathon schedule had me go back in miles for my weekend run, so the BF and I did a short 3 mile run last weekend. It was a nice break from the long runs we've been doing.

I ended up sleeping in every morning and skipping BodyPump all week! My body was feeling really sore and tight, so I felt like my body needed a break. I was also feeling extremely tired this week. So I just listened to my body and gave myself a break.

I didn't get in all of my weekday half-marathon training runs because I'm still struggling to run on days I teach classes (I'll do a half-marathon training recap soon!).

Here are my workouts from the past week...

Saturday, March 21 - Power Yoga Class

Sunday, March 22 - 3 mile trail run

Monday, March 23 - taught Piloxing

Tuesday, March 24 - taught cycling and deep water aerobics

Wednesday, March 25 - taught Piloxing

Thursday, March 26 - 4.3 mile run

Friday, March 27 - rest day
