Week of Workouts {April 4-10, 2015}

I hope you're enjoying your weekend. I've had a busy, but fun one so far.

I wanted to check in for a moment and share my workouts from the past week. Last week, I mentioned that I was trying to listen to my body more, cut down on fitness classes and focus on running and yoga.

Well, I got in three of my four half-marathon training runs last week! That's an improvement for me. But I slept in every single morning and didn't get in much yoga practice. I must have needed the extra sleep because I slept soundly and long last week.

Here are my workouts from the past week...

Saturday, April 4 - 10 mile run

Sunday, April 5 - Rachel Brathen yoga video

Monday, April 6 - taught Piloxing

Tuesday, April 7 - taught cycling and water aerobics + 3 mile run

Wednesday, April 8 - taught Piloxing

Thursday, April 9 - rest

Friday, April 10 - 4 mile run
