Summer Slimdown 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge

Want to feel absolutely vibrant, energetic and healthy this summer? You're in luck because I'm hosting a 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge!

I spent so many summers wearing jeans and baggy T-shirts because I felt uncomfortable with my body. I avoided fun adventures because I didn't feel confident. That is no way to spend the summer! Losing weight and getting fit helped me to gain confidence and embrace summer fun!

I don't want you to miss out on summer adventures, which is why I'm launching this challenge on Monday, May 18. We'll finish up the challenge just a few days before the first day of summer!

So what does clean eating mean?

Eat whole foods! High quality protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. Say goodbye to processed foods, soda and added sugar.

All you have to do is join the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge Group on Facebook. There you'll get my tips and motivation, and you can post photos of your meals and snacks, ask questions, post a little motivation for others and comment on other people's posts! You'll have a whole community of challengers to help during this journey!

*Note that the challenge group is called KTown Slimdown 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge because I'm hosting the challenge through the fitness studio KTown Shakedown (where I teach Piloxing). But the challenge is open to anyone!
