This may be a surprise, but I don't particularly like going to the gym. As a fitness instructor, I enjoy going to fitness classes. But working out in the gym is just so so boring.

Fitness classes don't always fit into my schedule, so I love getting in workouts at home. It's just a more convenient way to workout. Lately, I've been using Grokker. It's a website that features thousands of yoga, fitness, meditation and cooking videos.

The great thing about Grokker is it features tons of videos that are about 20 minutes long. You can do quick, but challenging workouts when you only have a short amount of time to workout. This has been perfect for me because my schedule can be kind of crazy. Between working full-time, teaching fitness classes, working with health coaching clients and blogging, I don't have tons of time to workout.

With Grokker, I don't even have to leave my house. I can just get in a quick workout and I'm done.

I've mostly been using Grokker for yoga. There aren't many yoga classes that fit into my schedule, but I still want to get in a quality practice. Grokker videos are led by experts, so it's similar to a live yoga class. I've been loving the Yoga with Adriene videos. And you can interact with the experts and ask them for advice!

There are so many yoga videos to choose from! You can choose what kind of practice you'd like to have - gentle, hatha, power, etc. - or even choose something you'd like to work on - inversions, arm balances, back bends, etc. You can even choose travel yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga for athletes, kids yoga and so much more. The selection is truly impressive!

The videos are all very high quality, and you can even stream Grokker to your big screen with Apple TV.

One of the cool features is that you can join group fitness classes online. You check into the class 5-15 minutes before the scheduled class, then join for the workout and connect with other participants in the chatroom.

My favorite part of Grokker is that you can create collections and save videos to watch later. It makes choosing a video so much easier when you're ready to workout.

I've done lots of the yoga videos so far, but I'm going to start doing some of the HIIT workouts (my fave type of quick, but challenging workout). I'm excited to check them out!

All you have to do is create an account with Grokker, and you can access tons of videos for free. Now you have no excuse to Be A Better You!

What's your favorite way get in quick at-home workouts?
