Week of Workouts {Nov. 16-22, 2015}

Happy Monday!

I'm late posting my workouts from last week because I took the weekend off from the computer, phone, social media, blogging, etc. and spent the weekend hanging out with friends in a cabin at a state park. It was a wonderful weekend, and a much needed break! I'll share more soon!

My goal for the week was to get in 420 minutes of exercise, do yoga or Pilates 4-5 times and go running at least once.

Thanks to two days of hiking, I got in 595 minutes of exercise for the week! I made it to two Pilates classes, but didn't make time for yoga or running.

And I, apparently, didn't take any sweaty selfies last week! I was off my game. I'll get back on it this week ; )

My goal for this week, is to get in 450 minutes of exercise, get back to yoga (3 times at least!) and go running at least once.

Monday - Pilates class at CHI Wellness Center

Tuesday - taught indoor cycling + taught deep water aerobics at CHI

Wednesday - RIP class at CHI

Thursday - Pilates class at CHI

Friday - RIP class at CHI


Saturday - 3 hours of hiking

Sunday - 2 hours of hiking
