Happy Friday!! I hope you have had a wonderful week and you have a fun weekend planned.

Because it's Friday and I'm ready for fun and lightness, I'm sharing some of my favorite things.

Feel free to share some of your favorite things in the comments below. I'm always interested in knowing what you're loving right now!

My Little Corner of Happiness - You have probably seen this little corner of my house in photos here on the blog, on Instagram and on Facebook. I've been collecting little things that bring me joy and peace. I keep these items on our bar in our living room, and I do yoga right in front of our bar.

None of these things are super valuable, but they are all things that make me happy. I highly suggest creating a space that is filled with items that make you feel at peace.

This is what's in my space…

Himalayan Salt Lamp

Meditating Frog --> similar and similar

Buddha --> similar and similar

Yoga Frog on a rock

Chakra Pillar Candle - Abundance

Today I Shall Be Epic Mason Jar

Minerals and Antioxidants Drink Mix

Paleo Vanilla Raw Balls - You must make these immediately! These snack balls are absolutely delicious and addictive.

I made some with coconut and some without for the BF because he doesn't like coconut. They're made with nuts, nut butter, natural sweeteners and vegan protein powder {get the best vegan protein powder here --> bit.ly/sara-protein}.

This recipe is from Happy Wife Style

Greens Drink - I can't get enough of this stuff!

While I eat healthy and try to eat plenty of fruits and veggies every day, sometimes it just doesn't happen. So I drink this amazingness every day to make sure I'm getting the nutrients and antioxidants my body needs.

The great thing about these greens is that it's a powder mix that you add to water. I mix mine in a mason jar or shaker bottle so I can take my greens with me everywhere I go!

And even though it's full of organic grasses and organic mushrooms, this greens drink has a berry flavor. Also…non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, no added sugar, no artificial flavors and no preservatives.

Manduka eKO Lite Yoga Mat - This isn't a new favorite, but I'm sharing this because I'm super impressed with how my yoga mat has held up. The BF got me this yoga mat for Christmas in 2014, and it still looks like new.

It's a bit of an investment, but my Manduka mat is so much better than cheaper mats. It stays still during my practice and my hands and feet stay secure during yoga. Sometimes the cheaper mats move around or lose their stick.

Also, the dog loves napping on my yoga mat.

If you're thinking about investing in a good yoga mat, check out this yoga mat review. Spoiler: Manduka wins!
