I recently realized that when my mornings are rushed, I end up feeling frazzled and stressed for the rest of the day.

My days are often full with my full-time PR gig, meeting with health coaching clients, teaching fitness classes and spending time with the BF. Feeling stressed only makes a full schedule feel overwhelming and exhausting.

So I've been on a mission to create a more peaceful morning routine. 

One of the things that has made my mornings a million times better, is meditation.

I'm still in the beginning of my journey with Grace Space meditations, but I feel a shift happening and it feels amazing!
