1:1 Health Coaching

My education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We'll talk about so much more than food, seeking to bring balance to important areas of your life such as your career, relationships, personal life and more. I’ll work with you to create a personalized plan that is flexible and enjoyable. With my guidance, you’ll make simple, small changes that transform your life.

Your sessions will  be customized for your unique goals and needs.

Topics may include any or all of the following:

  • How to “crowd out” the junk with foods that nourish your body and leave you feeling satisfied.

  • Learning how to prepare food at home and cut down on eating out.

  • Adding Superfoods to your diet to get the most bang for your nutritional buck.

  • Becoming a pro at choosing foods that are easy to prepare, nutritious and tasty while grocery shopping.

  • Learning how to read nutrition labels.

  • Sorting out the differences between “organic, “natural,” “conventional” and other food labels.

  • Learning how to make healthier choices at restaurants or at special events.

  • How to add movement into your daily life.

  • Identifying your triggers that sabotage your weight loss efforts.

  • Implementing a self-care routine.

6-Month Program

  • Two 50-minute virtual or in-person sessions each month for six months (in-person sessions can include grocery store tours, cooking demonstrations and pantry detox).
  • Email support in between sessions.
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want to make.
  • Informative handouts, recipes and other materials.
  • My commitment to supporting you as you work to reach your goals.
  • $129 per month or $699 when paid in full

1-Month Health Coaching


VIP Health Coaching Session

A VIP session is a two-hour one-on-one intensive health coaching session with me! Together, we will identify the things that are holding you back from living your happiest and healthiest life. We’ll create goals that you’re excited about and make you feel inspired, and we’ll set action steps that will help you reach those goals.

An in-person VIP session may include a pantry detox to help you get clear on what foods will help you reach your goals and what foods are sabotaging your weight loss efforts. 

During your VIP session we will:

  • Set goals and get clear on your vision for your future.

  • Pinpoint the challenges you’ve had and understand the triggers that sabotage your efforts to make healthy changes. 

  • Begin to create a positive mindset, which will help you break free from the thought patterns that hold you back.

  • Learn about whole foods and how you can create healthy, satisfying meals.

  • Makeover your pantry so nourishing and energizing foods are easily accessible.

  • Learn how slowing down and being more mindful will help you eat less, move more and take better care of yourself.

  • Create specific action steps that will help you make sustainable changes and implement what you learned during your session.

Your VIP Health Coaching Session Includes:

  • A initial discovery session form that allows me to learn more about you and your goals.
  • A 2-hour virtual or in-person health coaching session.
  • Recommendations for books, Podcasts, websites, documentaries, etc. that will help keep you inspired, continue your nutrition education or provide additional resources.
  • A healthy grocery shopping list, meal planner, food journal and other handouts to help you achieve your goals.
  • Four weekly follow up emails after your session.

My name is Sara Giboney and I’m an integrative nutrition health coach, yoga teacher and group fitness instructor. I help people ditch dieting for good and lose weight by guiding them to make small manageable changes.

I created my programs to make it easier for people to reach their health and fitness goals. I know how difficult it can be to try to make health and lifestyle changes on your own. Now you’ll be plugged into a community of people that share your same goals.
