This time of year can bring up a lot of negative feelings about our bodies. 

Now that the weather is warmer and you're baring more skin, you may find yourself noticing your perceived flaws and getting down on yourself. Or maybe you're comparing yourself to others and feeling like your body isn't good enough.

I've been there. Feeling like my body wasn't skinny/toned/beautiful enough held me back from living a full life.

I spent years going on restrictive diets and working out because I was desperate to change my body. But when I finally lost weight, I still hated my body.

I began to embrace my body by doing small things every day. By taking time for myself and becoming more connected to myself. Nothing drastic, no intense workouts and no food deprivation. 

Which is why I created a free program and private community to motivate you as you create a happy and healthy life, and body that you love. 

The 10-Day Embrace Your Body Challenge begins June 12, 2017!

When you join this challenge, you'll join a community of women on a journey to create their happiest, healthiest and most empowered lives. 

You'll complete simple daily tasks that will help you embrace your body more. You'll share your experience and transformation with a community of women for extra support and accountability.
