It's pumpkin spice season! 

I don't make smoothies as often during the cooler seasons, but I do love the occasional fall-flavored smoothie. Some of my favorites...

This Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is super simple and filled with good-for-you ingredients like real pumpkin, plant protein, and pure maple syrup.


I used my favorite plant protein powder, which I add to all of my smoothies. The protein I use is non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and free of added sugar, artificial flavors and preservatives. This is the perfect breakfast, snack or post-workout smoothie since it's filled with protein, healthy fats and carbs. 

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup pumpkin pureé

1/2 frozen banana

2 tsp. pure maple syrup

1 tbsp. almond butter

1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Garnish with pumpkin pie spice.
