Chocolate Coconut Banana Trail Mix

I LOVE trail mix. It's such a satisfying and delicious snack that provides you with lots of energy. 

But when I buy a bag of trail mix or make a large batch at home, it's hard to stick to just one serving size. A serving of trail mix is usually just 1/4 of a cup or so.

That's why I like to make a single serving of trail mix for a quick afternoon snack, to eat before a workout or to satisfy my sweet tooth.
